• Teak will weather to a beautiful silver-grey patina over time. This process will vary depending on climate, exposure to elements & commitment to care & maintenance. Teak expands and contract with changes in climate. Shrinking of the wood can result in hairline cracks in the assembly joints or the grain of the wood itself. This does not affect the structural integrity of the frame. We strongly recommend using outdoor covers when not in use to protect your furniture & minimise ageing.
