Horgans is a second-generation family business that has been bringing a world of sophisticated furniture to Australian homes since 1983. We've traveled the globe to source unique pieces with a story to tell, shaping layered living spaces of character and creating a legacy of great design.
Marion and Patrick Horgan launched Horgans forty years ago as an independent homewares wholesaler in the historic woolsheds of Ultimo. At that time, most manufacturers were not open to making deals with women, and Marion found that most doors she knocked on remained closed.
However, through her perseverance, she formed significant trade partnerships with key international suppliers, and Horgans became known for bringing the latest style from far and wide to Australia.
Today, Horgans offer diverse collections of furniture, lighting, homewares, décor, and tableware nationally from showrooms in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Perth.

Following Patrick’s passing in 2021, Horgans is run by Marion alongside her children, Renee and Sam, who have inherited her passion, integrity, and relentless drive to seek out the new.
